1. Prepare 2kg of vegetarian meat, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, 8 bowls (1.5L) of water. 2. Rinse vegetarian meat. 3. Pour 8 bowls (1.5L) of water and 1 packet of A1 Vegetarian Soup Spices to boil, then add the vegetarian meat. Use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes. 4. Add in pepper and it is ready to be served. 5. Simmer a few more minutes for spicier flavour. |
